Under the wonderful sunny weather we were able to finish the 21st Kobe YMCA International Charity Run 2018 with a smile. Together with the catch phrase of “More children become happy when you run” runners were able to share happy moment with smile and they gave us a lot of strength, support and courage by powerful running. In addition this time we invited Ms. Yuriko Kobayashi who was born in Hyogo Prefecture,
Beijing Olympic girls 5,000 m participants and girls 1,500 m Japan record holder and “Smile running classroom” was held as a teacher by her.

Many children and adults participated in “Smile running classroom” and we could learn a lot of pleasures of running. She communicated with participants and volunteers at a very close distance and the event venue were filled with a full of smiles.

We sincerely thank everyone who supported and cooperated us.

素晴らしい晴天の下、第21回神戸ＹＭＣＡインターナショナル・チャリティーラン2018を笑顔で終了する事が出来ました。

”あなたが走るとハッピーになる子どもたちが増えます。”をキャッチコピーに、ランナーも笑顔でハッピーなひと時を共有する事ができ、こども駅伝、1/10マラソン、グループラン、1/100マラソンと参加者の皆様がそれぞれにふさわしい種目に参加いただき、多くの力とお支え、力走と勇気を発信してくれました。

さらに今回は兵庫県出身で北京オリンピック女子5,000m代表で女子1,500m日本記録保持者の小林祐梨子さんをお招きし「笑顔のランニング教室」を開催し、多くの子どもたちや大人が参加し走る楽しさをたくさん教えていただきました。

小林祐梨子さんは参加者やボランティアのみなさんと非常に近い距離で接していただき笑顔にあふれる大会となりました。
